Obasi Davis is a 21 year old Music Artist and Fashion Designer out of Oakland, California. He is currently a senior at the University of Wisconsin Madison as a First Wave Scholar where he majors in Apparel Design. As a performance artist Obasi has performed all over the world from Paris, France to Calgary, Canada and was named the Oakland Youth Poet Laureate in 2013. As an MC, Obasi goes by the name “Basi”, has released 2 projects and has performed across the country. As a designer he focuses on creating stylish streetwear and menswear for the casual professional. Obasi believes in the power of art to create change.
